Cubric Construction is a registered company with 35 years’ experience in the building industry.
We specialize in residential projects but are also qualified in the field of commercial and industrial projects.
We offer services according to our clients’ needs, either a turnkey service for new homes, project management or additions and alterations.
We study the latest technology, building products, finishes and trends, on a continuous basis to provide our clients with the widest range of choice.

OUR HISTORY
We started the enterprise with individual contract houses in Gauteng.
After gaining valuable experience in that period we progressed to be appointed by NBS Devco for various projects in Edenvale and surrounding area:
- 12 Houses in Marais Steyn Park
- 24 Townhouses in Marais Steyn Park
- 92 Houses in Dower Glen
We also completed 14 individual contract houses in the area.
We ventured into the development and construction of various townhouse complexes.
- 86 Townhouses in Glen Marais, Kempton Park
- 32 Multi-storey units in Meadowdale
- 24 Townhouses in Birchleigh, Kempton Park
- 14 Townhouses in Eldoraigne, Pretoria
In the more affordable housing sector, we constructed multi-storey blocks of flats, where deadlines and budget were key elements.
NBS Devco developed the Blue Gill Security Estate. We were appointed to build the following:
- 5 Upmarket houses
- 3 Townhouse complexes, consisting of 45 Units
9 Individual contract houses followed in Blue Gill Estate, the neighbouring Glen Erasmia and Serengeti Golf Estate.
We also ventured into the field of restoration and remodelling in Hyde Park
Projects in the Eastern suburbs of Pretoria:
- 1 Individual contract in Silver Lakes
- 3 Individual contract houses in Moreleta Park
Projects in Centurion:
- We recently constructed 40 contract houses for Radius projects in Rooihuiskraal
Offices and Warehousing:
- Cubric Construction were appointed as consultants in the completion of the warehouse and offices of CFS in Linbro Park
- We were also awarded the landscaping and paving projects which we completed successfully
